On January 19, we spoke with Lisa D. Jones from Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, and Lauren Gilwee from Maryland Department of Labor about shared intake, referral, and service delivery processes, improving cross-system services, forming interagency workgroups, and coordinating training and resources.
