Work Early, Work Often Video Series

The video series highlights the importance of work and work-based experiences in the transition to adulthood and was created by the Youth Transitions Collaborative, a community of more than 45 organizations that share a common mission to empower young people with disabilities as they enter adulthood and the world of work. Facilitated by The HSC Foundation, the Collaborative provides direct services, expertise and guidance for the National Youth Transitions Center.

Each “Work Early, Work Often” video focuses on a different subject and emphasizes that young people with disabilities should gain as many real work experiences as they can, as early as they can. The three different videos reiterate this message for young people with disabilities, but also for their family members, caregivers and employers.
