The Medicaid Infrastructure Grant Research Assistance to States (MIG-RATS) Center launched a website to provide resources and support to states implementing MIGs. The website is designed to help staff find research reports and resources, learn about MIG-RATS activities and initiatives, and connect with MIG researchers. The website includes info on topics such as Medicaid Buy-In programs, outreach and marketing, and youth in transition and also provides links to tools and a calendar of events.

Community of Practice in Transition: Secondary to Postsecondary Report to Wyoming Department of Education
During 2013 the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) in collaboration with the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE), Special Programs Division developed a community of practice for student transition (CoP-T). The goal of this project was to bring together leading professionals and parent advocates from around the state to identify best practices and recommendations for improving transition practices in Wyoming.
Wyoming HB 0073: Establishing an Employment First Policy (2014)
”AN ACT relating to persons with disabilities; establishing employment first as a state policy; declaring it a state policy to support competitive employment in an integrated setting; requiring agencies to support competitive and integrated employment; requiring state agencies working with home and community based waiver service providers to implement employment first policies; requiring reports; providing definitions; and providing for an effective date.”
This provision states that it is “a discriminatory or unfair employment practice: For an employer to refuse to hire, to discharge, to promote or demote, or to discriminate in matters of compensation or the terms, conditions or privileges of employment against, a qualified disabled person or any person otherwise qualified, because of age, sex, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry or pregnancy; [and]For a person, an employment agency, a labor organization, or its employees or members, to discriminate in matters of employment or membership against any person, otherwise qualified, because of age, sex, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry or pregnancy, or a qualified disabled person…”

Wyoming Statewide Transition Plan for Home and Community-Based Settings (2018)
“The Wyoming Department of Health (Department) is the single state agency designated to administer the Wyoming Medicaid program, and submits this Statewide Transition Plan (STP) in accordance with the federal regulation. This document shall describe the Department’s efforts in the following areas:
