TPlus Transition Services

“TPlus collaborates closely with the Minnesota Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). The DVR is the state office that provides employment support and resources to adults with disabilities. During their enrollment at TPlus, students begin to build a working relationship with one of the two DVR counselors assigned to assist transition students in the Minneapolis area (see below). DVR counselors can provide support and resources both during the transition years of 18-21 and to adults with disabilities after they turn 21 years of age.”
