Guam Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP)

“Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) specialists are onsite to provide intensive services to veterans with significant barriers to employment (SBE).

Eligibility
Listed are identified as SBE’s for eligibility for DVOP services:

• Service- connected disability creating a barrier to employment (30% or greater)
• Homeless Veterans and those who are at risk of becoming homeless
• Recently separated service member who has been unemployed for 27 or more weeks in the previous 12 months
• An offender who is currently incarcerated or has been released from  incarceration
• No High School diploma or GED
• Low Income level (less than $13,200/Year)
• 18 – 24 years of age
• Transitioning Service members
• Wounded Warrior in military treatment centers and their family caregivers”
