Wyoming Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (2023)

“The State of Wyoming, Department of Workforce Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), the State Rehabilitation Council and the Interwork Institute at San Diego State University jointly conducted an assessment of the vocational rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities residing in the State of Wyoming. A triennial needs assessment is required by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended by Title IV of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and is intended to help inform the Unified State Plan developed by the core partners in Wyoming’s Workforce Development System. The data was gathered, analyzed and grouped into the sections listed below. A summary of key findings and recommendations in each section is contained here. The full results are found in the body of the report.”
