Colorado Project SEARCH: A Program for Students with Developmental Disabilities

“Project SEARCH is an innovative school-to-work transition program for high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities hosted at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Throughout the year-long program, participants are fully immersed in their role in our hospital system and experience on-the-job training, skills development and job coaching. Our interns work in a variety of departments, including food services, inpatient units, data center and information technology, central distribution, and more.”
