Minnesota Access to Career Technical Education for Students with a Disability (ACTE-SPED) Funding

“Access to Career and Technical Education-Special Education funding (ACTE-SPED) is available to school districts and charter schools to support students with disabilities who require curriculum modifications and other supplemental services to participate in approved work-based learning programs. Through this funding source, school districts and charter schools are reimbursed with funding similarly to all other special education funding per Minnesota Statutes, section 125A.76.”
