2019 CMS Navigator Cooperative Agreement Recipient HRS Erase Inc. dba Resolute

~~“HRS Erase Inc. dba Resolute was awarded a statewide 2019 CMS Navigator Cooperative Agreement serving “Left behind” populations, defined as: consumers with part-time employment, contract workers, bus drivers, re-entry, and individuals who have lost their healthcare insurance due to business closure. There are no Sub-awardee/Subrecipient Contracted Organizations. They will partner with Olathe Medical Center, Miami County Medical Center, and CoverKC Health Coalition.
