Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council Five Year State Plan 2017-2021

The Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council is in the process of developing our new five year State Plan. This plan will be in effect for federal fiscal years October 1, 2016 – September 30, 2021. It will be submitted to our federal oversight agency, the Administration on Developmental Disabilities, on August 15, 2016.
The Council does not provide direct services; instead we identify areas of need across Colorado. Then we work within the mandate from the Developmental Disabilities Act to improve those areas of need by developing leaders, improving policy and practice, and educating stakeholders.
