Learn about diverse partners that convene regional workgroups, including WIOA titles and community partners. If there are no regional workgroups, explore examples of this nationally that can be replicated.
Find out if the following roles are represented on cross-partner committees: EOOs, policy administrators, program managers, disability employment staff, veterans, and partners across spectrum of disabilities (deaf, blind, DD, mental health, physical, etc.
Learn if/how AJCs proactively address the common myth that everyone is the “funder of last resort.”
Research how AJCs practice active resource and funding coordination and if a process is used to ensure customers get the services they need.
Identify if/how active resource coordination is handled in your workforce region, including whether there is a formalized process, agreed upon by leadership, in which staff and customers are able to fluidly work with multiple partners without stopping the
