In the Know: Report on the Employment of Individuals with Disabilities in the Federal Executive Branch

This highly anticipated report from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers exciting news about employment of persons with disabilities in the federal government. According to the study, in 2012, people with disabilities have been hired at the highest percentage in 32 years, “with persons with targeted disabilities being hired at a greater percentage now than at any time in the past 17 years.”  The bottom line: “This success has led to more people with disabilities in federal service both in real terms and by percentage than at any time in the past 32 years.”
